Women in Sexual Trauma
My goal is to help women better understand betrayal trauma, sexual harassment, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, coercive control, emotional, physical, verbal, and sexual abuse so that if they are living under any of these conditions, or have in the past, learning what to do to improve their circumstance and healing from effects, which brings the relief desired.

Women hold within themselves knowledge and light. Accessing this light and virtues for living the best and most deeply meaningful life is the purpose of education and attending to self.

Children - Effects of Trauma

Children in some countries are considered commodities rather than people.
​
Children need protection by those who are closest to them. My purpose is to educate women on how to protect their children, what the deterrents can be, the effects of being involved in an abusive situation, and the harm caused.
Advocating for ourselves and our children, in balance with the needs of everyone involved, is a key piece toward health and healing.

Children fare better as we create a different atmosphere in which people can thrive.

Family Relations
Harmonious relationships and 'felt security' within families is created. "Upward spiral" in communications and feelings between family members enhances their abilities as they learn and practice new skills.
Community Shift
​
Teaching the community about keeping our societies and communities safe from harmful exposures is important as we read about the events taking place in the world.
​
Protecting our children when using the internet is important as some people have designs which are unhealthy and damaging. Learning how to parent and oversee technology is the opportunity and responsiblity of every parent.
